The Grammys Nominations On CBS This Morning


15 time Grammy winner, Alicia Keys reveals the nominations on CBS This Morning for 'Best New artist', 'Song of the Year', 'Record of the Year' and 'Album of the Year'.



Up first was the nominations for 'Best New Artist' and they are Courtney Barnett, James Bay, Sam Hunt, Tori Kelly and Meghan Trainor.


Then was the 'Record of the Year' and the nominations for this category are 'Really Love' by D'angelo and The Vanguard, 'Uptown Funk' by Mark Ronson featuring Bruno Mars, 'Thinking Out Loud' by Ed Sheeran, 'Blank Space' by Taylor Swift and 'Can't Feel My Face' by The Weeknd.















Up next was the category of 'Song of the Year' which recognises the songwriters of the song, whereas 'Record of the Year' celebrates the songs as a whole. The nominations for 'Song of the Year' are 'Alright' by Kendrick Lamar, 'Blank Space' by Taylor Swift, 'Girl Crush' by Little Big Town, 'See You Again' by Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth and finally, 'Thinking Out Loud' by Ed Sheeran.


Finally, Alicia Keys announced the nominations for 'Album of the Year' which are 'Sound & Color' from Alabama Shakes, 'To Pimp a Butterfly' by Kendrick Lamar, 'Traveller' by Chris Stapleton, '1989' from Taylor Swift and 'Beauty Behind the Madness' by The Weeknd.
